We are pleased to announce our October speaker: Anne-Maree Huxley founder Models of Success and Sustainability (MOSS).

After many years working to improve the reputation and profitability of a range of charities, radio media outlets, iconic tourist destinations, sport and arts organisations and corporations from SMEs through to blue chip companies such as Samsung, Sheraton, Du Pont, Coca-Cola and Lion Nathan, Anne-Maree turned her focus to conscious capitalism, corporate responsibility and sustainable development where business, government and community take into account the social, environmental and economic impacts of doing business.


Anne-Maree hosted Australia’s Inaugural Corporate Responsibility Summit in 2005 and founded Models of Success and Sustainability (MOSS) www.moss.org.au the industry body for Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability. MOSS supports Australian business through education, training, networking, tools and advice to drive sustainability and competitive business success.


She was a Founding Director of the Carbon Trade Exchange www.carbontradexchange.com – the world’s first end to end electronic platform for trading voluntary and regulated carbon credits, is currently an international advisor for Be Sustainable www.besustainable.sg – a global advisory firm bringing about positive change by bringing innovation and ethical investments to meet global needs where respect, trust and fairness to all life are primary considerations and an International Representative and Advisor for Global Olivine www.globalolivine.com – an integrated Resource Recovery Recycling Facility.


Anne-Maree is a former President of the Australasian Sponsorship Marketing Association and Chair of the Live N Learn Foundation (building independence in disadvantaged youth). She hosts business delegations to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the World Climate Summit, is a judge for the UN World Environment day Awards and the International Green Awards.


She was involved in developing the global principals for Communicating Sustainability, was one of first 150 people in the world to be trained by former US Vice-President, Al Gore as a climate leader and has been named two years running as one of the Top 100 Global Sustainability Leaders by ABC Carbon.


Anne-Maree has a positivity and enthusiasm that makes her a highly sought after public speaker, mentor, project manager and advisor. She is also passionate about making a difference in the world collaborating with stakeholders across Australia and around the world to build capacity and assist business, government and community organisations to address the complex issues of our time.

Scheduled from 6 pm – 8 pm, most of the evening is networking. There is a short presentation and guest speaker at ~7 pm.
